Our History

From generation to generation.

The history of the Hotel Edelweiss began in 1932, when the Neyroz family chose to invest in the Breuil-Cervinia area. The building was constructed in 1936, and over the following years, it was transformed into a hotel, marking the beginning of a long family tradition.

Generation after generation, the Edelweiss grew alongside Cervinia, reflecting the changes in the resort and mountain tourism. First Augusto and his family, then Renato Neyroz and his wife Bruna Perruchon, dedicated their lives to the hotel, preserving its welcoming spirit and family character.

In 2010, Palmira Neyroz and her husband Marco Lucat inherited this precious legacy, taking direct charge of the property and continuing the tradition with an eye to the future. Today, together with their three daughters, they represent the fourth generation of the family to be associated with Edelweiss.

Over the years, the hotel has undergone renovations, including its spaces, services, and the way it welcomes its guests, without ever forgetting its roots. Today, it is a 3-star Superior hotel with 28 rooms, a restaurant, bar, common areas, and a wellness area, where tradition meets comfort and modernity.

Because the Edelweiss is more than just a hotel, it is a story of family, passion, and hospitality that has continued for over ninety years, with the desire to make every guest feel at home.
