Elegance, authenticity and tradition are the ingredients that accompany the dishes prepared by our chef. Every day you will have the chance to choose between the excellent “half board” menu or the “à la carte” menu (extra service).

We offer themed evenings dedicated to the flavors of Aosta Valley tradition, and every day we provide a large selection of local cheeses and homemade desserts. For each dish, we can recommend the most suitable wine, thanks to our wine list carefully curated by our Maître and sommelier, Salvatore, who will accompany you with his sensitivity and his smile, always suggesting the perfect wine to make every course special.

Each morning, your awakening is sweetened by the scent of our rich buffet breakfast, where all products are either local or prepared directly by our chef.
The buffet offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options: freshly baked croissants and bread, local cured meats and cheeses, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and homemade cakes. Upon request, you can enjoy crêpes and pancakes prepared on the spot, as well as scrambled eggs. Gastronomic offer that spaces from the Gluten Free menu and the Vegetarian one

For those who wish, a vegetarian menu is available. We pay particular attention to guests with intolerances or celiac disease, and we ask them to inform us of their needs at the time of booking so we can guarantee the right service. Our chef prepares gluten-free dishes daily for our own family: for this reason, we are proud to be recognized by AIC as an “Informed Venue” by the Italian Celiac Association.
